CRB Extraction
Our fist step is a dry extraction with a counter rotating brush machine to remove deeply embedded dog hair and debris. The CRB machine has two brushes that spin in opposite directions and can reach deeper into the carpet fibers than vacuum suction alone, particulary in thick or high pile carpets, where hair can get trapped below the surface level.
pre vacuum
We will vacuum the carpet with a commercial grade vacuum cleaner to remove as much dry soil as possible. This prevents the particles from turning into muddy residue durring the cleaning process, resulting in a much better clean. Even if you have pre vacuumed before we arrive we will still vacuum to ensure effective dry soil removal.
Urine Treatment
Urine contains proteins, uric acid, and other compounds that cause strong odors. Pre-treating with an enzymatic cleaner or specialized urine treatment breaks down these elements, neutralizing ther odor at the source rather than masking it. Without adequate dwell time, these compounds may not fully break down, leaving behind lingering smells. We will locate urine with a UV light and a Hydro Sensor to properly treat the affected areas.
Sub surface Extraction
Urine can often penetrate through the carpet fibers and settle into the padding, where it is difficult to remove with standard extraction tools. We will fully saturate any large areas of urine with a specialized urine treatment, allow proper dwell time and flush out the carpet and padding. The Water Claw allows for deep removal, reaching the layers beneath the carpet surface.
rotary Jet Extraction
The rotating action of a rotary jet extractor mechanically scrubs and rinses the carpet fibers, dislodging dirt, grime, and stains more effectively than the back-and-forth motion of a traditional wand. This continuous rotation ensures that the fibers are being agitated from multiple angles, allowing for deeper penetration and more thorough removal of embedded soil and urine. This step is used to clean homes that have extensive urine contamination.
Encapsulation Pre Spray
We evenly spray this encapsulation solution on the carpet and apply a heavier amount on more soiled areas. Pre-sprays are designed to emulsify or break down various types of soils, such as dirt, grease, food stains, and oils, that accumulate on carpet fibers, making them easier to extract during the cleaning process. Any detergent left in the carpet will continue to attract soil, but with good encapsulation chemistry the detergent is balanced with a crystallizing polymer, Leaving no sticky residue that can attract soil. In fact the polymerized detergent will actually RESIST soil.
Absorbent compound
We evenly distribute this dry cleaning compound which are made of absorbent materials, such as polymers, micro-sponges, and infused with cleaning agents, These compounds are designed to attract and encapsulate dirt, oils, and debris from carpet fibers without the need for large amounts of water. This acts as a sponge and absorbs all the dirt and grime from the carpet fibers.
Agitation
After the compound is spread, a machine with counter-rotating brushes or cylindrical brush systems agitates the carpet. The brushes work the dry cleaning compound into the carpet fibers, where it begins to absorb dirt, oils, and other contaminants. The mechanical action of the brushes helps loosen the soils, making it easier for the compound to encapsulate them.
Extraction
Once we are done brushing in the cleaning compound, we will extract and pick up all the soiled cleaning compound out of the carpet by attaching collection trays onto the counter rotating brush machine.
Vacuum
We will vacuum all the edges of any debris and cleaning compound.
