Carpet Cleaning Process

Quick Drying
7 - 10 Step Cleaning Process
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

CRB Extraction

Our fist step is a dry extraction with a counter rotating brush machine to remove deeply embedded dog hair and debris. The CRB machine has two brushes that spin in opposite directions and can reach deeper into the carpet fibers than vacuum suction alone, particulary in thick or high pile carpets, where hair can get trapped below the surface level.

pre vacuum

We will vacuum the carpet with a commercial grade vacuum cleaner to remove as much dry soil as possible. This prevents the particles from turning into muddy residue durring the cleaning process, resulting in a much better clean. Even if you have pre vacuumed before we arrive we will still vacuum to ensure effective dry soil removal.

Urine Treatment

Pet urine in carpet needs to be properly treated to break down the source of the stain and odor before the actual cleaning begins. Simply cleaning over a urine spot won’t remove the odor or stain. Here’s why:
    •    When hot water hits untreated urine, it can reactivate the odor — making it smell worse after cleaning! Before we clean, we use a blacklight to locate urine and apply a special urine treatment designed to:    •    Break down the urine salts and crystals    •    Neutralize the odor-causing bacteria    •    Loosen the stain for better removal during extraction
This allows our deep cleaning process to actually neutralize and flush out the urine from the carpet

Hot Water Extraction

<--- X_Image Error_X We heat water to high temperatures—usually between 180 and 220 degrees Fahrenheit. This hot water helps:    •    Loosen and dissolve dirt, oils, and sticky residues    •    Kill bacteria, dust mites, and other allergens    The heated water is sprayed into the carpet at high pressure using specialized equipment (usually between 300–500 PSI). This:    •    Forces the cleaning solution deep into the carpet fibers    •    Breaks apart soil and grime that’s trapped below the surface. Immediately after the water is sprayed, a high-powered vacuum extracts the water—along with all the dirt and contaminants. We do two dry passes for every wet pass we do, which is something most cleaners do not do. Doing this will allow your carpet to dry fast. YOUR CARPET WILL DRY IN ONLY 2 -4 HOURS

(Optional) - Low Moisture Cleaning Process

Encapsulation Pre Spray

We evenly spray this encapsulation solution on the carpet and apply a heavier amount on more soiled areas. Pre-sprays are designed to emulsify or break down various types of soils, such as dirt, grease, food stains, and oils, that accumulate on carpet fibers, making them easier to extract during the cleaning process. Any detergent left in the carpet will continue to attract soil, but with good encapsulation chemistry the detergent is balanced with a crystallizing polymer, Leaving no sticky residue that can attract soil. In fact the polymerized detergent will actually RESIST soil.

Absorbent compound

We evenly distribute this dry cleaning compound which are made of absorbent materials, such as polymers, micro-sponges, and infused with cleaning agents, These compounds are designed to attract and encapsulate dirt, oils, and debris from carpet fibers without the need for large amounts of water. This acts as a sponge and absorbs all the dirt and grime from the carpet fibers.

Agitation

After the compound is spread, a machine with counter-rotating brushes or cylindrical brush systems agitates the carpet. The brushes work the dry cleaning compound into the carpet fibers, where it begins to absorb dirt, oils, and other contaminants. The mechanical action of the brushes helps loosen the soils, making it easier for the compound to encapsulate them.

Extraction

Once we are done brushing in the cleaning compound, we will extract and pick up all the soiled cleaning compound out of the carpet by attaching collection trays onto the counter rotating brush machine.

Vacuum

We will vacuum all the edges of any debris and cleaning compound.

Scotchgard & Grooming

At .12 per SF, applying Scotchgard after cleaning helps protect your carpet from future stains, dirt, and wear, making maintenance easier and extending the carpet’s lifespan. It acts as a protective shield that repels spills and dirt, keeps carpets looking newer for longer, and saves you money on more frequent cleanings and carpet replacement. If desired we will apply this product on the carpet after its clean and brush it in to distribute the protectant deep into the carpet fibers. This product is non toxic, will not leave any residue, and won't leave the carpet "stiff".
